Last Month

I can't believe that the first month of the year 2016 is over. It seems that 1st January was only yesterday. 

January is often the time when we plan to change our lives for the better. Unfortunately many resolutions we make are hard to achieve so they fall apart shortly after they are set. 

As I've never been a huge resolution maker, this year I set myself with smaller goals that I will re-adjust throughout the year to give them room to breathe and thrive (here). So far, I've managed to start working on a few of them and have taken small steps to create new opportunities and step outside of my comfort zone.

I've also joined Wight Watchers and started exercising as I really hope to get healthier and fitter. It doesn't mean I will completely cut down on my beloved chocolate and sweets as my life wouldn't be complete without them, especially now when I discovered Peanut Hottie. For those of you who haven't heard about it, it's a delicious peanut butter hot drink. It has only 83 calories per serving so it's a great treat.
